We have a 14 day no-quibbles return policy on all items providing they remain completely unopened and/or remain sealed. Please note that we only process refunds to the original payment method used to make the order. Once a refund has been processed, it may take 3-5 working days to show back on your original method of payment depending on your bank or card issuer.
Supplements and edible products
We are unable to accept returns on supplements or edible products where the box or packaging has been opened, or any outer seal or plastic film or wrapping has been removed or broken.
Activewear, clothing and headwear
Items must be completely unworn and unwashed. All tags must still be attached. Socks and underwear may be returned if it remains sealed in the original packaging.
Faulty items: If you believe an item you have ordered is faulty, please contact us via our contact page. You have up to 30 days to return an item you believe is faulty, if you can demonstrate a fault with the item. Please include your order number, date of purchase and a brief description of what you believe to be a fault. One of our team will respond to you as soon as possible, we will usually ask for further information including photos of the item.
